Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new drops, sales, or busy seasons, please allow a little extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your email so you can follow it every step of the way. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Please note: once your package leaves us, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or other unexpected issues.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update—don’t worry, it’s on the way!
Shipping Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Marked as Delivered
Once your package is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled on our end. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package shows delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or around your home
• Contacting your local post office/carrier
• Waiting 24–48 hours in case of an early delivery scan
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.
